Our affinity with Mother Earth attests to an inseparable connection with the solar system, the boundless universe, and beyond. Furthermore, exhalation and inhalation are functions we just can’t keep to ourselves; every breath is emphatically shared with nature.

Thus, immunity is not restricted to our biological systems — it’s the holistic nature of life itself — however, our misinterpretation of individuality opposes wholeness by creating a false sense of separation from the human family and boundless universe.

The anxiety subtly enshrined in this notion forms the primary breeding ground for various kinds of dis-ease.

Comfort eating, addictions, anxiety, depression, and mental illness are just a few conditions representing our longing to be at-ease in the bosom of wholeness.

Understanding and recognition are key requirements to realising one’s wholeness thus, here, the art of writing points to the wholeness and holiness of holistic wellness.

So please, enjoy your visit and thank you for passing by.
